Hello everyone, I am Coach Tyler here at Quattrini Football Academy. Here is a little background information on myself. Sports have been a passion of mine throughout my life. I began my athletic journey as a four year old baseball player and continued with the sport until I turned 16. At which point I decided I would try playing football at North Kingstown High School. I fell in love with the game, the work ethic it takes, the physical, social, and life skills it provides. By the grace of God I was able to do what every high school athlete strives for, play their sport in college. In high school I played running back and defensive back, however I chose to stick with running back the two years I played at Franklin Pierce University. There, I attained my Bachelor's of Science with a major in Sports and Recreation Management and a minor in Marketing. The summer before my senior year I interned at the premier sleep-away summer camp, Trail's End Camp, where I directed and coached their flag football sessions. Post-graduation I was hired as a director coach for a youth sports organization where I specialized in flag football. In addition to that position, I held a coaching position for North Kingstown High School's freshmen football team and took home the 2022 Rhode Island Freshmen Football State Championship with an 8-0 record. Furthermore, I had been a strength, speed, and agility coach at Lifetime Athletic.

It is my goal to help athletes not only improve their skills on the field, but also the skills they can carry with them throughout their life when their athletic career comes to a close. Sports are meant to be fun, but sports are a lot more fun when you win. To win a whole game, you must win as many reps as you can throughout the competition. In life there are so many things to compartmentalize and so many things out of one's own control. It is best to focus on the things you can control. That is how I approach my training, one rep at a time, at least 1% better everyday. Mistakes are bound to happen, but the best time to do them is while training.
