The Intro ELITE Training Package is perfect for the athlete beginning their training journey, such as those preparing for their high school freshman season or someone just starting to lift weights and looking to have a roadmap to begin developing athletism. While our other packages are more geared toward the more experienced athlete, this is a great segue to develop the necessary foundation.
